- Rent 550 EUR per month. Additional management fee of 50 EUR and utility payments. Last summer they were approximately 70 EUR (without electricity) and winter 230 EUR;
- When starting a rental relationship, rent payments must be made for the first and last month of rent, as well as a security deposit of EUR 550 must be paid;
- Minimum rental period 1 year with the possibility of extension;
- When renting an apartment, preference will be given to people without their own furniture, without pets and non-smokers;
