New townhouse project in Ādaži!
Homes are available with 3 types of interior finishing.
Technical description of the townhouses
A-class energy-efficient townhouses
Facade
The exterior walls of the building are insulated, clad with wooden boards, and plastered — according to the architectural design.
Building structures
The load-bearing walls are constructed from stone blocks. The intermediate floors and roof are made of hollow-core panels.
Windows
The house has PVC windows with triple glazing, partly openable.
Heating and ventilation
Heating is provided by an air-to-water heat pump located in each unit, with underfloor water heating as the heat distribution system.
Ventilation is provided by a ceramic heat recovery ventilation unit.
Electricity and lighting
Inside the building, electrical cable installation is carried out, along with switches and sockets according to the apartment layout (to be specified during the design process).
Each unit has a remotely readable electricity meter located in the building’s main electrical distribution panel.
As part of the interior finishing package, LED lighting (recessed in suspended ceilings) will be installed in the bathroom, toilet, and hallway. In other rooms, the necessary electrical cables for lighting will be installed in designated spots, but no light fixtures will be installed.
Finishing
The walls and ceilings of living rooms are painted, and veneered parquet is used for floor finishing.
Bathroom walls and floors are covered with 60 × 60 cm ceramic tiles.
The WC on the 1st floor will have ceramic tile flooring, and the walls will be tiled or painted according to the architectural project.
A floor slope towards the drain is not provided in the bathrooms; the slope is made only in the shower area.
