The deal was managed by Ivars Gorbunovs, the head of the commercial property department of the Kivi Real Estate agency. After the concluded deal, Ivars commented:

The logistics center is built in the stock-office format, where three types of premises are installed - warehouse, office, and customer service halls. The property is 100% leased for two companies - the security company GRIFS AG and the DIY wholesaler LicGotus.
