The three buildings are located on a land area of 1781 m2.
- The first house of 210 m2 is completed, 2 floors, 4 bedrooms. There is a fireplace, air conditioning on the 1st floor, gas heating. There are 4 restroom with showers. Water treatment equipment, an additional drinking water filter and a food waste shredder are also available. There is a shed and a garage for 2 cars.
- The second house of 350 m2 is an unfinished object with 2.5 floors, the first floor has a living room, kitchen, office. On the second floor 3 bedrooms and one room on the roof floor.
- The third is an auxiliary building like a gazebo with an area of 60m2. Not finished, but electricity, water and sewerage are supplied. There is a chimney for the fireplace.
The buildings have not been commissioned.
